Purpose

To inform clients whose five-year time limit disqualification has ended that they must meet with a Texas Works Advisor in order to be added back to the TANF case.

Procedure

When to Prepare

Attach to Form H1830, Application/Review/Expiration/Appointment Notice, when scheduling an appointment to meet with clients regarding removing their TANF five-year freeze out disqualification.

Transmittal

Staff send with Form H1830.

Form Retention

No retention requirement.
