11100	Financial Eligibility Guidelines for Texas Home Living and Home and Community-based Services	Updates Required Medicaid Codes and Type Program table. Updates how to contact Medicaid for the Elderly and People with Disabilities (MEPD) or Texas Works and the contact information for the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS).
11200	Responsibility to Reestablish Medicaid Eligibility	Adds “or authorized representative” to clarify who is responsible for reestablishing Medicaid eligibility.
11300	Responsibility to Monitor Medicaid Eligibility	Adds new section with information about the responsibility to monitor Medicaid eligibility.
