The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Title V Maternal and Child Health Fee-for-Service (TVFFS) Program Policy Manual is a guide for grantees who deliver HHSC TVFFS services in Texas. This manual provides grantees with the information needed to comply with program requirements. Information is subject to change with advance notice from HHSC. Grantees are required to comply with all updates made to the policy manual.
Federal and state laws on reporting abuse, operation of health facilities, professional practice, insurance coverage and similar topics can also impact the delivery of TVFFS services. Grantees are required to be aware of and comply with existing laws.
