This section ensures that the most current policy and procedures are accessible through a single resource. Memoranda containing policy or procedural information is added to the Policy Bulletins list at the time of distribution and remain available until the information is fully incorporated into the handbook. Email the HHSC AES Policy Support Mailbox if a bulletin was removed from this list before full incorporation or for access to older versions.
